the next four years. you talked to bart riders, they don't care. they just want to feel employees because of not they are staring at a third strike. here is their reaction to this ongoing, 3 >>: a third bart strike would keep me isolated. i have to take her to school every day. in her my pockets last time. on the last strike. i've spent double the money that i don't have so it's kind of hard. >>will: so the lawsuit will be filed at alameda superior county court. they will come out with their attorneys and the bart union leaders agreed there'll be a news conference that we will have much more throughout the day for this. the unions are just very upset about this for it when i asked a spokeswoman will there be a strike? she said we will talk about that at the news conference. >>darya: that's what everyone wants to know and when you look at legal
